Point-to-point route from the centre of Delphi (on the E4 European path) to the "Theatraki" amphitheatre in Teichio, following the ancient path that linked Doris with Delphi; a semi-autonomous introduction to the longer Ultra Edition races. Lowest point 40m in the Amfissa olive grove, highest point Trikorfa summit (1,530m, km 55). Requirements: born before 2008 (minimum age 18) and three finished races over 40km in 2023-2025. Awards: top 3 men and top 3 women. Aid stations: Agia Efthymia km 17 (cutoff 4h); Vraila km 39 (cutoff 10h, sleep); Trikorfa km 54; Potidaneia km 60.5 (in front of Taverna Melokedros). Water also in Sernikaki (km 11.5), Vounichora (km 24), Malandrino (km 32.5), Palioxari (km 68) and Teichio village (km 71). Technical, loose descent between km 31 and 32. Mandatory gear: backpack with 1,000ml of water, emergency blanket and a headlamp with spare batteries. Entry includes tent space at the amphitheatre with toilets and hot water, all meals during and after the race, aid station supplies, race T-shirt or other gift, finisher medal and the Teichio - Delphi transfer. No refund for athletes who register and do not show up. Route: Delphi - Chrysso - Sernikaki - Agia Efthymia - Vounichora - Malandrino - Vraila - Trikorfa - Potidaneia - Palioxari - Teichio.
