Point-to-point route from Teichio to Delphi crossing three mountains, Vardousia, Giona and Parnassos, with summit checkpoints at Korakas (2,495m, km 57), Pyramida (2,510m, km 87) and Liakoura (2,457m, km 157). Mostly rocky terrain on mountaineering-grade paths; semi-autonomous race. Requirements: born before 2006 (minimum age 20), and two finished mountain races over 100km in 2023-2026 or two road ultras over 130km. Awards: top 3 men and top 3 women. Aid stations (cutoff from start): Krokyleio junction km 19 (2.5h); Krokyleio km 25 (4.5h); Dafnos km 43 (10h); Athanasios Diakos km 65 (16h, drop bag, sleep); Stromi km 76 (18h); Viniani km 105 (30h, sleep); Eptalofos km 127 (36h, sleep); Polydrosos km 137 (40h, drop bag, sleep); Fterolakka km 151 (49.5h, sleep); Livadi km 169 (53.5h). Water also at Pentagioi, Tristeno, the Meterizia and Laka refuges and Karkavelia. Two drop bags (Athanasios Diakos km 65 and Polydrosos km 137) are handed in before the start and carried by the organisation. Mandatory gear: pack with at least 1 litre of fluid capacity, waterproof jacket, emergency blanket, elastic bandage and 2 gauze pads, whistle, 2 headlamps with spare batteries, at least 1,000 kcal of food and a charged mobile phone (number declared at registration). Gear is checked at bib pickup and at an unannounced point on the course; missing items mean disqualification. Gloves, hat and long tights or waterproof trousers may be added depending on the weather. Entry includes all meals during the race days and after the race, aid station supplies, race T-shirt or other gift, finisher medal, drop bag transport and local transfers. At the Delphi finish there is a recovery meal, a rest area and transport back to Teichio. No refund for athletes who register and do not show up.
