The loop starts and ends at the Kaisariani Fire Lookout "Dimitris Karamolegkos": rest stop at Kalopoula; climb to the cave chapel of the Analipsi (Ascension); descent to a botanical point of interest; stop at the grounds of the historic Holy Monastery of Kaisariani; past early Christian monuments and the Taxiarches hill; back to the start. About 6.5 km, gentle gradients, +300 m / −300 m, grade Α, 2:45 net walking time, 4:00 including stops; suitable also for beginners with moderate fitness; at least moderate fitness is required.
