Autumn morning on Hymettus combining a hike in the Kaisariani Aesthetic Forest with a guided yoga session in nature. The hike starts from the Kaisariani Fire Lookout and follows a loop on the Hymettus trails, among pines and mastic shrubs, with viewpoints over the Attica basin, at the group's pace. 4.7 km loop, +180 m / −180 m, grade Α, 2:30 net walking time, 3:00 including stops. The activity runs 10:00–14:00. The yoga practice lasts 60 minutes, led by a certified yoga instructor at a chosen spot in the forest: gentle movement, simple postures and breathing exercises, with variations for each participant's ability and experience, ending with guided relaxation. No previous yoga experience needed; the practice is adapted to the group's level. Detailed instructions are sent before the activity in a Viber group chat (by email for those not on Viber). What to bring: hiking shoes, comfortable clothes suitable for hiking and yoga, your own yoga mat, water and personal snacks, a windproof or waterproof jacket and an extra warm layer for the relaxation.
