Loop hike in the fir forest of Parnitha National Park with gentle gradients. We start at Mola, next to the chapel of Agios Petros, and head to Samari and Kantalidi; a path through the fir forest takes us to the Flampouri refuge, where we stop for a rest and optional coffee. We then descend to Mesiano Nero, pass the Memorial to those executed by the Nazis, and complete the loop back at Mola. 8 km, +350 m / −350 m, grade Α, 2:45 net walking time, 4:00 including stops. Suitable for people with at least moderate fitness; beginners can join if they can walk on a mountain path and follow the group's pace. Meeting at Mola, chapel of Agios Petros, at 08:40; the activity runs 09:00–13:15; timely arrival is essential. The programme may change if weather or group safety require it.
