Loop hike on Parnitha starting from the chapel of Agia Triada, on forest paths with fir and black pine, springs and viewpoints. We pass Lagos and Perdikovrachos and stop at Skipiza spring, before climbing to the fire lookout for views towards the Saronic and Euboean Gulfs; we return via the Bafi refuge and Asproes, completing the loop. 9.5 km, +350 m / −350 m, grade Α+, 3:30 net walking time, 4:30 including stops. Basic fitness required; hiking boots and poles recommended. Meeting at the chapel of Agia Triada, Parnitha, at 09:40; the activity runs 10:00–14:30.
