Sunday 8 November: autumn loop hike in the Mongostos aesthetic oak forest in mountainous Corinthia, a coppice oak forest in the Natura 2000 network, followed by a group meal at a traditional tavern. The loop has gentle gradients: it starts under the oaks with Ziria in the background and alternates between dense forest, paths and vineyards, with an optional detour of geomorphological interest among vertical rocks and small caves; in the middle section the view opens towards the Corinthian Gulf, Helicon and Parnassus; strawberry trees add colour along the path. Organizer figures: 10 km, ±195 m, grade Α, 3:30 h net walking (4:30 h with stops). Suitable for beginners, families with children and anyone looking for a relaxed autumn outing, as no previous experience is needed. After the hike the coach takes the group to a local tavern for the group meal (vegan options available). Meeting at 06:40 at the Agios Antonios metro stop; departure by private tourist coach 07:00; event end 20:00.
