Loop hike through the fir forest of Parnitha National Park, passing 6 springs, with the Flampouri refuges as destination and views over the Attica basin. Midway, at one of the springs, there is a rest stop with a talk on the quality of the water for the fauna of Parnitha. The walk ends with revitalising and wellness exercises in a forest spot led by the organizer's trainer. Grade A (Amateur): suitable also for beginner hikers in good physical condition and for children over 13. Walking time 3+ hours; back at the starting point around 12:00. Optional combined event: guided tour of the Alea Brewing Co. microbrewery in Metamorfosi with tasting of 6 different labels, lasting 1-1.5 hours, €25 per person; meeting at 13:00 at Chlois 87, Metamorfosi 14452 (GPS: https://maps.app.goo.gl/dgxodp4L4QTJ6xzd7). Beer of all current labels can be bought at producer prices at the end. You can sign up for the hike and the brewery visit separately; combined participation is not required.
