Out-and-back hike from Loutra Pozar up the green Ramno Bor gorge to the old guard post at Ano Loutraki and on to the 12 m Kounoupitsa waterfall, in two groups: group 1 turns back at the guard post (5 km) for more free time at the thermal baths, food and a walk; group 2 continues to the waterfall (10 km). +415 m, 4-4.5 hours, difficulty 2/5; uphill sections with fairly steep gradients, so good fitness and familiarity with mountain hiking are needed; ages 14+ with a guardian.
