Student ranking race without timing and nature route for running or walking, for primary, gymnasium and lyceum students and for adults. Start at Platanakia (Agios Ioannis Rigologos) in Stylos. Arrival at Stylos at 11:15; transfer to the start by a bus provided by the organizers. Parents are solely responsible for getting athletes under 18 to Platanakia on time and for their stay there until the start. Route: part of the long routes, heading towards Stylos. Before the river it turns right onto the road of the reeds, crosses the dry riverbed and comes out on the public road at Agios Panteleimonas, 600 m before the finish. If the dry riverbed unusually has water at that point, the route avoids it and follows the public road, adding 300 m. Finish in front of the central church of Stylos. Categories: boys and girls 16-18 (lyceum), 13-15 (gymnasium), up to 12 (primary). Cups for the top 3 men and top 3 women of each category; awards in Stylos square after the race. Medals and T-shirts for all participants with a bib, racing or walking; the medal is given at the finish. Technical T-shirt for those registered in time. Free entry for people with disabilities. Payment is made online with registration; the announcement also lists the bank account of the Apokoronas Athletic Club for deposits. On race day, registrations are accepted only if T-shirts/medals remain: these entrants get no bib and are not included in the gift draws, only a T-shirt and medal if available. Bib and T-shirt pickup for those registered by Thursday 5 November (bring proof of payment): Wednesday 11 November, Kladissos indoor gym, 18:00-22:00; Saturday 14 November, Stylos community office, Apokoronas, 16:00-21:00. Free buses from Plateia 1866 (outside SYNKA) in Chania to Stylos at 08:00 for the 13.6 km and 8.8 km and at 10:30 for the 2.5 km and 700 m; free shuttle from the Kalyves junction to Stylos every 30 minutes, 08:30-11:30. Returns to Chania and the junction start at 15:00. Seats on the Chania bus by order of priority: book at 6988156475 until the Friday before the races. Water stations at the starts, the finish and every 2.8-3 km on the two long routes. Treat after the races. Bag storage in Stylos, in a room of the Cultural Association. No medical certificate is required; participants take part at their own responsibility (children under the responsibility of their parents/guardians) and sign a responsibility declaration. Race doctor and Hellenic Red Cross volunteer team on site. Traffic is stopped partially or fully under the guidance of the traffic police. In bad weather the races will be moved to a new date set by the organizing committee; payments remain valid and the change will be announced on koiliarisrun.gr and the Facebook page of the Apokoronas Athletic Club.
