Easy late-autumn traverse for beginners on the northern slopes of Kallidromo, through fir and black pine forest with views towards the Maliakos Gulf, followed by the Damasta hot springs and free time in Kamena Vourla. Route: Eleftherochori (780 m) – Holy Monastery of Damasta (580 m); the organizer gives 8 km, 3 hours, +100 m / -300 m elevation and difficulty 1 (suitable for beginners). During the hike there is a stop in the forest for Forest Therapy and posture (orthosomia) exercises. Programme: 07:00 coach departure from Vari (see the boarding points), 10:30 arrival in Eleftherochori; 14:30–15:00 visit to Damasta Monastery; 15:00–16:30 transfer by coach to the Damasta hot springs and time for a bath in the warm water; 16:30–19:00 Kamena Vourla, free time for a meal at a local tavern; 19:00 departure for Athens, arrival around 21:30. Times are indicative and the leader may change the programme partly or fully for objective reasons (weather, road conditions etc.). Boarding points: INTERSPORT Vari (start; be there 10 minutes before departure), Voula Asklepieio, Glyfada Public, Poseidonos Avenue (Alimos, Amfithea, Achilleos/Prapas, Flisvos, Faros), Syngrou Avenue (Kotsovolos, SKRA, Kykloi, Agios Sostis, FIX), Syntagma (+25'), Omonia (+35'), then towards Lamia: Lenorman (+45'), Renault (+50'), Kalyftaki bridge (+65'). Included: coach transport, experienced guides, insurance and organisation, all taxes; not included: meals, personal expenses, entrance fees, equipment, anything not mentioned in the programme. The fee is €30 for members of the Taxideftes Club; families can ask for an offer. Payment must accompany the registration form, by bank deposit, IRIS or card through Eurobank live pay (card payments +2%). Cancellation by the participant more than 5 days before: the money can be used by the same person for another outing within 6 months; less than 4 days before: the money is lost; no loss if you find a replacement.
