One-way hike from the Ziria ski centre (1,500 m) down through the mossy, fir-covered Flabouritsa gorge to the meadows and springs of the Sythas river, finishing at Varnevo. +250 m / -350 m, about 3 h with stops, grade 1-2 (easy-moderate). Lunch at a tavern near Trikala Korinthias afterwards; return to Athens before 21:00. Coach meeting point Elaionas metro 07:30, departure 07:40; Viamax 07:45, AB Vasilopoulos 07:50. Included: coach transport, experienced escorts certified in first aid, group first-aid kit, hiking poles, travel-agency liability insurance and taxes; meals not included.
