Circular hike of 9.5 km and about 4 hours from the stone village of Ano Doliana on a section of the Parnon Trail, through chestnut and plane trees to the chapel of Ai-Stratigos, built on an ancient sanctuary, along the Gareatis stream and back through the village lanes. +290/-290 m, grade easy 1/5, suitable for beginners in good shape and children 10+. Meal at a village tavern at the end (not included). Meet 06:45, coach leaves 07:00 from the Museum of Contemporary Art (Syngrou-Fix metro), then Palataki 07:20, Elefsina (Praktiker-BIEX) 07:25 and Isthmus (Kanali cafe) 08:10; back about 20:30. €40, €20 deposit.
