Start and finish at Stavros harbor. Field capped at 100 runners across both distances (50 per distance); a waiting list applies once full, and only paid entries count. Minimum age 18, or 15-17 with notarized parental consent submitted at bib pickup. Runners must carry their own cup/bottle - no disposable cups at aid stations, since water comes from the island's only spring. Entry fee covers race entry, aid station support, finisher medal and a light meal at the finish. Medical coverage on course, but no hospital on the island. Awards: top 3 men and top 3 women overall. Shares the course with the 20km race up to the Papas summit (385m), then turns south below the second peak, Vardia, to rejoin the long course near the village of Messaria. Mostly single-track, with a short stretch of dirt road and asphalt - about half the climbing of the 20km race over half the distance. Contact: 6982953374, monopatiadonoussas@gmail.com.
