Start and finish at the Heroon on the Volos waterfront. Seafront out-and-back route, turning at the church of Agios Konstantinos. Open to runners born in 2014 or earlier (12+). No finishing time limit. Runners under 18 must also hand in a parent/guardian consent form, signed, to the race secretariat. Water stations on the course; water, soft drinks and snacks at the finish. Commemorative medal and T-shirt for all participants. Trophies for the top 3 men and top 3 women. Electronic timing; official results published at www.sdyvkentavros.com Bib and race pack pickup at the University of Thessaly, Papastratou building: Friday 23 October 17:00–20:00 (5K and 10K), Saturday 24 October 15:00–18:30 (5K) and 15:00–19:45 (10K). Bag drop in a University of Thessaly hall up to 30 minutes before the start (sealed bag, no money, valuables or medication).
