Point-to-point course from the Metamorfosi tou Sotira chapel to the Central Square of Palamas (same course as 2025). Runners must be 18 or older. Municipal buses take runners to the start; be at the start one hour early. Electronic timing. Free T-shirt, water and banana for all participants; commemorative medal for every finisher. Trophies to the top 3 in each category: men overall (up to 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+) and women overall (up to 34, 35-49, 50+).
